2011 Annual dues are $143.00
Your quarterly dues are $35.75. Statements are mailed 4 times a year prior to the month they are due. Your Homeowner Association Dues are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct 1. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month.

Pay your dues using the automated clearing house or ACH. Simply download the form and return it along with a cancelled check to our accounting department. Setting up ACH can take up to 30 days. Call our accounting department at 719-314-4503 with any questions. It's FREE and you'll never pay a late fee!

Homeowners can pay 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using E-checks. Simply set up an account for monthly or quarterly withdrawals. There's a $2 fee for using this service charged by the 3rd party vendor.
You can also pay by Visa, Master Card, or Discover. There is a $14.95 convenience fee charged by the 3rd party vendor.
