2013 Annual dues are $143.00
Your quarterly dues are $35.75. Statements are mailed 4 times a year prior to the month they are due. Your Homeowner Association Dues are due January 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct 1. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month.

Pay your dues using the automated clearing house (ACH). Download the form and return it along with a cancelled check to our accounting department. Please be aware that your account must have a zero balance to start ACH and the setup can take up to 30 days. ACH is for assessments only (some HOA's include trash and recycling). Note that all fines, late fees and interest will not be automatically deducted via ACH and can be paid online or via check. Call our accounting department at 719-314-4503 with any questions.

Homeowners can pay 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using E-checks. Simply set up an account for monthly or quarterly withdrawals. There's a $2 fee for using this service charged by the 3rd party vendor.
You can also pay by Visa, Master Card, or Discover. There is a small convenience fee charged by the 3rd party vendor.
